HOW MANY TIMES TO I NEED TO REQUEST AND CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP? WHY DO I KEEP GETTING BILLED AND/ OR CHARGED?

I WAS ONLY THERE FOR 1 MONTH. EVERY MONTH THEY SAY THE MANAGE WILL CALL ME, WHICH HE DOESN'T. EMPLOYEES DONT EVEN NOTE THE ACCOUNT AFTER THEY SAY THEY DO. WHY DO I KEEP SENDING A CHECKS?

I DON'T EVEN GO THERE. I THOUGH IT WAS CALLED MONTH TO MONTH FOR A REASON? MONTH AFTER MONTH I CALL AND TELL THEM I CANCELLED ALREADY AND STOP SENDING ME A BILL.

THIS IS OUT OF CONTROL. CAN WE SAY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IS NEEDED?!?

CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IS MUCH NEEDED AGAINST Fitness 19

I canceled my membership. .not good enough over the phone..I told them I moved out of state..I had to send them a certified letter..I did but it was late due to weather here..snow storm..they charge me a late fee..then another month..I was furious..well I was in middle of billing cycle!!

I contacted their main office & let them have it..you should be able to say cancel it with no grief..its a no contract. I will not join again!!
