like many others, I've had trouble trying to cancel my account.I phoned the concord location and explained I needed to cancel since I moved out of town.

They said "oh normally we cancel in person, but here is an email you can send your request to" and gave me some generic gmail. 2 months later and fitness 19 is still debiting my account. Where is the class action lawsuit? Why can't we just cancel online?

This is ridiculous. Do I have to get a new bank account now?? Will attempt to mail in letter. It's 2017, it's beyond ridiculous that these are the tactics fitness 19 decides to use.

It's unfortunate, because other than this terrible cancellation loophole, I really liked going to the gym when I lived there. No more business from me and I will continue to dissuade others.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $40.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Same thing happened to us!!!! We moved out of state and they said we should have taken care of it prior to moving. How do we start a class action lawsuit?!??
